PHIT Gym

PHIT stands for "Prioritizing Health & Inspiring Transformation." 

Our mission is to Inspire Transformation and to be intentional about leading by example through Integrity, Excellence and Accountability in all that we do. 

PHIT was opened October 5th, 2020 and since then we've helped thousands of people with their fitness journey. We are a  physical fitness center that specializes in personal training. At the core of who we are, we are a group of qualified fitness professionals with an expressed interest in collectively helping change as many lives as we possibly we can. Fitness is an area of self help that can help people overcome so many challenges we are faced with in our daily lives. I personally feel as if fitness does not get enough credit for its healing benefits from a physical, mental and emotional point of view. We are here to make that known and to Inspire the lives of as many people as we can.

PHIT isn't just a gym, we are a center of inspiration. It's an experience unlike any other gym you would ever be involved with!
