- Founded in 1921 by Edith Lester Harbin and Paul Nixon
- We are the only professional orchestra in Northwest Georgia
- We serve everyone in the community and keep our pricing appropriate for all
- We employ professional musicians from Rome, NW Ga, Atlanta area, Tennessee and Alabama
- 6 concerts performed per year
- Our season runs from September – June
- Celebrating over 100 years
- Most of our concerts are performed at the Rome City Auditorium
