Premium, hot-process, artisan gelato made fresh, from scratch, using only natural (predominantly organic) ingredients of the highest quality.  Grass-fed, organic milk and cream, organic,fair-trade regenerative sugar, locally grown organic strawberries, locally roasted espresso, organic Louisiana pecan butter, Piedmont region farm-roasted organic Italian hazelnut butter, and Marche region organic Italian wild cherries are just a few of the ingredients we use.  Our café has a mission with a 360 degree mindset to create joy (from our environment, our animals, our farms, our suppliers, our team, and our community to you).
