At Education Innovations, LLC, we are driven by one mission: to help students design powerful, purpose-filled futures through personalized college, career, and graduate school planning. Founded by Amour Carthy, Ed.M.—a seasoned educator and strategist with degrees from Spelman College, Temple University, and Harvard University—our work is rooted in dismantling systemic barriers and expanding opportunity, especially for underrepresented students.

Who We Serve

We work with clients as early as 9th grade and support them through their early twenties, providing guidance at every major transition point—high school, college, graduate school, and career launch. In addition to U.S.-based students, we proudly work with international clients seeking educational pathways in the United States and beyond.

How We Work

Rather than relying on rigid tools, we use a scheduling app, a secure client portal, and video recordings to ensure consistency, accountability, and transparent communication between students, families, and our team.

Our college coaches are trained to reach out persistently and empathetically—via phone, email, and more—understanding that success is shaped by both motivation and the external environment. We help students navigate political, social, and emotional challenges that can affect academic and career momentum.
