Our BBQ meats are hickory smoked for flavor which gives them a pink tinge. This makes our sliced meats leaner and our chopped meat more marbled and served with a splash of BBQ sauce. We have four sauces: classic, mustard, hot, and sweet & savory. The classic, mustard and hot BBQ sauces are vinegar based.
