At Little Futures, we believe that meaningful, lasting change happens when the entire family is supported—not just the child. While we provide individual therapy for children and adolescents, our approach extends beyond the therapy room by equipping parents with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support their child in everyday life.

Our practice specializes in parenting support, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) and individual cognitive behavioral therapy for concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and emotional dysregulation. We recognize that parents are the most important people in a child's life, which is why we often begin services by working closely with caregivers to build practical strategies they can implement at home. When parents feel empowered, children are better positioned to succeed in therapy.

Every treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of the family. We collaborate with parents, schools, physicians, and other professionals to ensure children receive consistent support across all areas of their lives. Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms but to strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and provide families with skills that continue to make a difference long after therapy has ended.
