Synapse NeuroRehab and Wellness

Synapse NeuroRehab and Wellness is a private, multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic specializing in neurologic care, particularly for individuals with movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. Founded in 2021, the clinic focuses on delivering highly personalized, one-on-one care through physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and wellness services. 

The practice emphasizes a holistic, evidence-based approach that connects rehabilitation to long-term wellness. Treatment methods include specialized programs like LSVT BIG and LOUD®, Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!), gait and balance training, vestibular rehab, strength and mobility work, cognitive and voice training, and pain management.
