vulnerable and low-wealth populations.

● Our ultimate purpose: GROW exists to bridge the gap between vulnerable

communities and the resources they need to thrive. We are committed to breaking

down barriers that limit equitable access to education, health, nutrition, and essential

services. By fostering culturally and linguistically inclusive programs and partnerships,

we ensure that vulnerable populations can connect with opportunities that promote

empowerment, resilience, and well-being.

What we do: GROW identifies barriers within our community and provides access through

strategic partnerships and intentional collaborations with community partners,

community members and other leading organizations. We provide high-quality,

culturally-relevant and inclusive programming to support all members of our

communities.

Who we serve: GROW serves our most vulnerable populations, including those facing

difficulties in navigating their communities in order to lead thriving and independent

lives.
