Amy Capello, LLC

Amy Capello is a Keynote Speaker, Leadership Coach, and Author focused on sustainable high performance. She holds a Master's in Biology with a focus on animal behavior and conservation, and spent years studying how high-performing systems sustain output under pressure.  She's studied elephant herds in Africa to sea turtle populations on the Georgia coast. She is a science nerd at heart.

A Stage 3 Inflammatory Breast Cancer survivor, Amy brings hard-won credibility to the conversation on resilience. She has been recognized as a 2024 Remarkable Woman of the Year and designated a Leader of Impact. She works with corporate organizations, professional associations, and leadership teams across industries, consistently earning top audience ratings for sessions that are equal parts practical and fun.

Amy previously served as an Assistant Principal managing multiple large teams at one of Georgia's largest schools, and is the author of Badass Balance. She is based in Savannah, Georgia. Outside of work, she volunteers as a sea turtle conservationist, offers free coaching to those in need, and has traveled to all seven continents, including Antarctica with her son.
