With over 25 years of experience supporting patients through pain management, hormonal balance, stress, sleep disorders, and metabolic health, Dr. Rivera has built a practice grounded in one core belief: that the body is not broken — it is communicating. Her role is to help patients finally hear what it has been trying to say.

Services include integrative acupuncture, functional medicine consultations, clinical hypnotherapy, and nervous system regulation practices — available in person in Savannah and virtually to clients nationwide.

Front Porch is also home to The Vitality Program — a 6-month corporate wellness solution addressing chronic stress and diabetes prevention for organizations and teams across the United States. Combining functional medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and nervous system regulation, The Vitality Program brings root-cause wellness directly into the workplace where it is needed most.
