A light-filled store front that sits on the corner of Bull and State Streets in Downtown Savannah, GA.  Harper Boutique is locally owned and offers a well curated selection of ladies clothing, accessories and shoes. Inspired by European design, the interior of Harper features minimal decor with subtle industrial touches, while still keeping the southern charm of Savannah intact. The main stand out attraction is Harper's elegant and feminine inventory selection. The owners, Thu Tran and Leah Riffle, keep the modern woman in mind while buying for the boutique. Founded 2014.
