Before moving from Denver with her husband, Pastor Jason Cochran, and five beautiful children, Shante developed a fine reputation as a licensed CDL driver with the Colorado Board of Education. Alongside her sister, Chalice McDonald Carver, Shante was the successful former owner of Essence of Beauty, a hair and beauty salon. They extended the salon to a popular premier youth-themed mobile spa bus, Pink Sparkle Mobile Spa! Shante has guided and left a legacy at the Essence of Beauty, and now she is the co-owner of I Sparkle Party Palace. Shante gleams over 30 years of experience in the cosmetology, transportation, and event design industries and is anointed in the ministry of inspiring, helping, and serving people. She is a strong leader but a gentle, sweet soul to her family and friends.

From Harlem, New York, Terry Ann has over 30 years of experience as a professional event planner, coordinator, development associate, marriage coach, and executive administrator. She has worked successfully with the IRS, NBA, Citicorp, and the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). Terry lives in Savannah, GA, with her two daughters and husband, Jack Jackson, a successful commissary, food truck, cigar lounge, and mobile cigar lounge owner. Her greatest delight is spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Jakhi. In control, strategic, resourceful, and selfless are words often used to describe this woman with the glowing smile, heart, and spirit.
