Courageous Counseling and Consultation

Courageous Counseling & Consultation is a therapy group practice dedicated to providing a supportive, affirming space for Millennial and Gen Z women seeking to break cycles of generational trauma, manage anxiety, and cultivate self-compassion. We integrate trauma-informed evidence-based approaches with a deep understanding of the complexities of relationships, identity, and personal growth. Every therapist on our team is trained in EMDR, giving clients more opportunities to receive specialized trauma care with a clinician who feels like the right fit. To make that care more accessible, we accept several insurance plans, offer sliding-scale, and provide evening and weekend appointments.
