Southern Pottery & Art Studio

After taking over an existing business in December 2019, we changed our name and reopened in February 2020. One month after opening, COVID-19 began to close schools and businesses. We were able to stay open and provide our community with to go services and curbside pick up of creating art. We offer painting your own pottery, canvas painting, and clay hand building, as well as glass fusing. Now we accept walk ins but still offer to go services. We have camps, private parties, and also collaborate with other businesses and organizations for painting events. As many guests comment on how relaxing and therapeutic painting can be, we strive to offer the best customer service and welcoming environment from the minute you walk in our door and continue after you leave. We do make some of our pottery and try to offer a large variety of items. We can draw out your canvas for you to paint. We can also customize any pieces of pottery, canvas, and handmade clay items. We will assist you through finishing a project, or we can complete it for you. From getting a baby’s handprint on an ornament to transferring grandma’s recipe to a plate, we take the upmost care with your cherished keepsakes.
