Trellis Pilates

I’m Cali Newhart, co-owner of Trellis Pilates House in Statesboro, Georgia. I grew up dancing, so movement has always been a huge part of my life. After finding Pilates and falling in love with the way it made me feel, I completed my training and, alongside my business partner Emily Potter, opened Trellis in February 2026.

We chose the name Trellis because a trellis is something that supports growth, which felt so fitting for what we wanted to create — not only a place to move and get stronger, but a place that gives people a sense of belonging. We offer mat and reformer Pilates with an approach that encourages you to listen to your body, move with intention, and take what you need from each class.
