New American Funding - Nancy Barlow

I welcome you to New American Funding. My goal is to provide financing for you

and your family and to answer your questions along the way.

I have been in the mortgage industry since 1974 and have

experience in all areas of mortgage financing. This includes origination,

processing, underwriting, loan servicing functions, and wholesale lending. My first

mortgage career started with a local company on the southside of Atlanta, then

through the years have also owned and operated my own mortgage brokerage company

for 10 years. My extensive experience in the mortgage industry allows me to

know all products such as FHA, VA, Conventional & USDA financing, including

different down payment assistance programs.

My motto: There truly is a loan program for everyone and that includes

helping clients with less than perfect credit. I try to do everything possible

to get loans closed as quickly as possible.

I an a native of Atlanta, grew up in Decatur before moving to Forest Park.

She currently resides in Stockbridge with her husband of 45 years and love

spending time with their two children and two grandchildren.
