E.N. Banks-Ware Law Firm, LLC was established in 1991 servicing the greater DeKalb County and surrounding counties in the metro Atlanta area. We provide caring and exceptional representation to clients needing divorces including high conflict and high asset divorces, contested custody actions, legitimations, modifications of custody, alimony or child support, and cases involving establishment of child support. We represent clients in Probate matters including probating Wills, filing for letters of administration for decedents that pass away intestate, guardianships, and conservatorships as well. We offer estate planning including various trust, Wills, power of attorneys, Advance directives, and all other documents needed to protect families.

We stay in contact with our clients by allowing the clients to speak with the attorney by appointment, immediately responding to emails as well as doing zoom calls or regular phone communications.

We provide all documents provided in the client's case as soon as received by the firm, and provide copies of all documents sent out on the client's behalf immediately. 

We meet with all clients to prepare for trials or hearing so that the client will be prepared to go to trial, however, we also explore options to resolve the mattes via mediation if at all possible.

We welcome new clients and provide an option to pay via LawPay or in person at the firm.
