What’s a Virtual Restaurant? Chick-fil-A’s Innovative New Concept is Coming to Atlanta!
Smoked chicken wings, BLT sandwiches, roasted cauliflower wedges, brussels sprouts… Doesn’t quite sound like Chick-fil-A’s typical menu, does it? Chick-fil-A’s new endeavor, called Little Blue Menu, is all about breaking the mold when it comes to their menu, convenience and restaurant concept. Named after the blue menu at Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy’s original restaurant called the Hapeville Dwarf House, Little Blue Menu is a “virtual restaurant,” meaning they exclusively deliver.
The first Little Blue Menu launched in Nashville last fall and the second location, right here in Atlanta, is set to debut sometime this year. The delivery-only ghost kitchen will offer a diverse menu of fresh and familiar dishes that constantly adapts. Offering the classic Chick-fil-A menu plus three original concepts with their own unique flavor and flair, Little Blue Menu is like four restaurants in one!
The three original concepts – Flock & Farm, Garden Day and Outfox Wings – bring plenty of variety to mix and match and make everyone in the family or at the office satisfied. Flock & Farm serves refined, rustic comfort food dishes like Oven-Roasted Chicken, Flat Iron Steak and Roasted Cauliflower Wedge while Garden Day offers a wide array of creative and hearty salads. Last but not least, Outfox Wings delivers smoked, roasted, traditional or boneless wings, all fried in Chick-fil-A’s signature 100% pure peanut oil.
Following true Chick-fil-A tradition, Little Blue Menu is only available Mondays through Saturdays. Visit LittleBlueMenu.com to learn more and sign up to be notified when the Atlanta location launches!
