Akasha Yoga & Salt Therapy

We have founded on 2020 and located at the heart of Suwanee! We became a registered yoga school on 2022. Our founder Meric Mizrakli is a Yoga Alliance registered 500h yoga teacher + Experienced 200h registered yoga teacher. Now we are offering 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training approved by Yoga Alliance. 

Our philosophy is a little different than just practicing asanas (poses) we love to bring up the spiritual side to our sessions. End of each session we practice guided meditation. We believe that everything is energy and we are aware of the importance of vibrating at higher frequencies. We practice different breathing methods in each session to learn how to be more mindful about our breath. 

You will feel relaxed and lifted up after you are done with our sessions. Let's practice together and be more mindful about our bodies, minds and souls. Namaste!
