We are the first CrossFit gym in Stephens County and proud to be located in the Historic Downtown District. Over the past four years we've been working to bring health and fitness to the local community. We're proud of all of the success our members have had with us and are constantly blown away with their stories on how CrossFit has changed their life.

We specialize in Strength and Conditioning training for athletes as well as the everyday person. We also offer multiple Martial Arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Boxing and Wrestling. We have class for kids and adults 6 days a week.
