Trifecta Advising, LLC helps nonprofit and mission-driven organizations strengthen their strategy, programs, systems, and impact.

Founder and CEO Calondra Tibbs, MPH, spent more than 20 years in public health and nonprofit settings, where she repeatedly saw organizations doing important work while struggling with inefficient processes, limited infrastructure, and programs that were not always supported by the data or systems needed to thrive. She often found herself building what was missing—creating stronger processes, improving programs, using technology more effectively, and helping teams use data to make better decisions.

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced nonprofits to rapidly rethink how they worked and served communities, it reinforced her belief that strong organizations need more than a compelling mission. They also need effective programs, adaptable systems, sound strategy, and a clear way to understand and demonstrate their impact.

That belief became the foundation of Trifecta Advising.

Today, Trifecta partners with organizations in Georgia and across the country on strategic planning, program design and management, research and evaluation, facilitation and training, technical assistance, and organizational capacity building.
