La Escalera

La Escalera was established in the summer of 2023, inspired by a small city in Guerrero, Mexico. Our menu features rich Guerrerense-style cuisine, crafted from cherished family recipes. As a family-run business, we take pride in our authentic offerings. This year, we successfully launched our second food truck, with the goal of continuing to expand and serve the delicious flavors of our cuisine to the Metro Atlanta area. We are especially renowned for our handmade tortillas and crispy Quesabirria tacos.
