About

At Campen Estate Planning, we believe estate planning is about more than preparing legal documents. It's about protecting the people you love, preserving your legacy, and giving your family confidence and peace of mind for generations to come.

Every family has a unique story, and every legacy is worth protecting. Whether you're raising young children, caring for aging parents, planning for a loved one with special needs, preparing for long-term care, or navigating the administration of a loved one's estate, our team is here to provide compassionate guidance every step of the way.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, attorney Daniel Campen takes the time to listen, understand your goals, answer your questions, and develop a personalized plan designed around what matters most to you. Our practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate and estate administration, and special needs planning, allowing us to serve families through every stage of life.

We believe the best legal guidance begins with education. Our goal is to help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence. We strive to create an experience where every client feels welcomed, heard, cared for, and supported from the very first phone call through the completion of their plan and beyond. Our mission isn't simply to prepare legal documents. It's to help families protect the people they love, preserve the legacy they've worked hard to build, and create peace of mind for future generations.

Daniel graduated in the top 10% of his class from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015. Before entering private practice, he served as a Staff Attorney Fellow with a Judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals, where he gained valuable insight into how thoughtfully drafted legal documents can impact families when they matter most.

Prior to law school, Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and his Master of Finance from Webster University, graduating with honors. While completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees, he worked full-time as a leader at Walt Disney World for The Walt Disney Company. That experience helped shape his commitment to exceptional service, thoughtful leadership, and creating an outstanding client experience rooted in genuine care and hospitality.

Daniel has dedicated his legal career to estate planning, elder law, probate, and Medicaid planning. As a lifelong learner, he is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and staying current on changes in the law so he can provide families with practical, up-to-date guidance. His background in finance gives him a unique perspective when helping clients navigate complex planning decisions with clarity and confidence.

Beyond serving individual clients, Campen Estate Planning is passionate about educating the community. Through seminars, workshops, and educational events, we strive to equip families with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions, protect what matters most, and preserve their legacy long before a crisis occurs.

Outside the office, Daniel is married to his wife and best friend, Abby. Together they are raising their three young daughters and spend much of their free time making memories as a family or gathering with friends to play board games. They are active members of GO Church in Sharpsburg and are grateful to call Coweta County home.

Campen Estate Planning is honored to serve families throughout Georgia with integrity, compassion, and excellence. We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us and are humbled to have been recognized by Best of Georgia for five consecutive years. While we're thankful for the recognition, our greatest privilege is helping families protect the people they love, preserve the legacy they've worked hard to build, and leave future generations with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Because at the end of the day, the greatest legacy isn't simply what you leave behind. It's how well you've cared for the people you love.
