Patria Cocina

Patria Cocina was established in 2018 with the purpose to showcase our Mexican culture through food, drinks, and cocktails. We specialize in creating one of a kind, fresh, and high-quality margaritas. We squeeze fresh lime, orange, and grapefruit juice daily and make all our garnishes in house. Our food provides high-quality ingredients and a new take on traditional Mexican food such as our Pulpo Polanco, Pato La Condesa, and our signature Aguachile Negro. Patria Cocina is a family ran business that understands Mexican food because we grew up eating the delicious vibrant food our parents and grandparents made for us growing up. We understand the need for fresh ingredients, the complexity levels of spiciness, and the power citrus makes on a dish. Patria Cocina has become a place where people come to experience and appreciate the art of Mexican gastronomy and mixology.
