True Method Pilates Studio

     We are a premier classical Pilates studio located in southeastern Canton, just on the edge of Alpharetta and Milton. Our unique location, right in the middle of horse country , has enabled us to serve Alpharetta, Canton, Milton, Cumming, and Woodstock since our inception back in 2011. 

     Our instructors have been certified by Joseph Pilates protege, Romana Kryzanowska, and/or a member of her certifying staff. This ensures that all clients will receive the best Pilates Instruction available in the metro Atlanta area. All our instructors have been trained to work with clients with any injury or condition. We are also happy to challenge even the most elite athlete.
