About
The mission of the Clarkston Community Center is to connect Atlanta's communities and cultures through education, recreation, and the arts.
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit community center reflecting the community around it: diverse, supportive, and strong.
Clarkston Community Center opened its doors in 1994 and we keep growing year over year. Currently, we proudly serve more than 50,000 individuals.
We are a meeting place for both long-term residents and families and individuals that were not born in the U.S. In fact, 43% of Clarkston’s residents are foreign-born. The CCC provides unique experiences, educational resources, and valuable tools that foster community while celebrating cultural diversity.
The Clarkston Community Center is also the perfect place for your next event! We are located in the heart of one of America's most diverse, international communities. We celebrate and support this diversity and honor and recognize how the richness and strengths of many different cultures help to build a sound and progressive city.
In addition to the wide variety of programs, classes, sports, arts, and recreation we provide, Clarkston Community Center is the ideal setting for corporate and non-profit events, weddings, receptions, and family celebrations. Its historic charm is the perfect backdrop for your special occasion.
Each of our event spaces has access to a large prep kitchen and a beautiful foyer. Outside caterers are welcome and alcohol may be served, but not sold. We provide chairs, dining, and serving tables along with set-up and breakdown. Linens, place settings, decorating, and cleanup is the responsibility of the renter.
