We currently offer a 7 days free repair if the same problem which was repaired re- occurred (with the exception of virus and misuse of computer or equipment). We also provide a loaner laptop at a minimal cost (subject to availability) for the duration of time your computer is in the shop. Computers are repaired on a First In First Out basis and we take no more than we can manage to repair within a 24 hours period.
