I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have a passion for helping couples, individuals, and families turn their personal and relationship struggles into life-enhancing opportunities for growth. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, and relationship problems are some of my areas of focus. I utilize my training in attachment theory and emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT) to help couples overcome relationship challenges and create a deeper level of connection. I also have specialized training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and brainspotting that I use in trauma recovery work.
