Tybee Vacation Rentals is a full-service property management company, specializing in short term vacation rentals on Tybee Island and Savannah, Georgia. TVR offers homeowners and guests 20 years of experience, focusing on providing exceptional homes and services to guests, and producing reservations, managing housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and other property management services for homeowners. We also offer caretaker services to homeowners of properties not used as a vacation rental. TVR was founded in 2000 as a small, family business, owned and operated by Amy Gaster and Carrie Efird, two sisters who grew up on Tybee and in Savannah. They continue to refine the business in order to meet the changing needs of homeowners, guests, and the growing TVR staff. TVR is the largest vacation rental company in the Tybee Island and Savannah area, managing over 300 properties and welcoming over 60,000 guests each year, and has over 80 year-round employees. The TVR office and professional linen and housekeeping headquarters are located on Tybee Island, GA.
