Forever Stay @ Lake Sinclair | Where Memories Are Made to Last

Some places are meant for more than just a vacation. They're where families reconnect, friendships grow, and memories are made that stay with you forever.

I'm Zach Rogers, and together with my wife, Kate, we're the proud owners of Forever Stay @ Lake Sinclair, a beautiful lakefront vacation rental in Sparta, Georgia.

As parents of a blended family with 5 children and 2 grandchildren, we know just how valuable time together can be. Between careers, family responsibilities, and busy schedules, finding opportunities to slow down and reconnect means everything. We wanted to create a place where other families could do exactly that.

Even the name Forever Stay has a special meaning to us. It was inspired by the song I used when I proposed to Kate. What started as part of our own love story became the inspiration for a business centered around helping others make memories that last a lifetime.

Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom lakefront home comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests. We designed it to offer something for everyone, whether that's a peaceful morning with coffee overlooking Lake Sinclair or a fun-filled day on the water.

Guests can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating from our private dock with a boat slip. Inside, there's a private theater room, arcade games, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and inviting spaces where everyone can gather. We've also added a putting green and an outdoor fire pit, perfect for a little friendly competition or sharing stories under the stars.

We've put a lot of thought into the details because we want our guests to experience the same comfort, care, and hospitality we appreciate when we travel.

Professionally, I bring a background in finance, business leadership, and entrepreneurship, while Kate brings 27 years of experience in educational technology and customer service. Together, we combine those skills with our shared love of travel. We've visited most of the 50 states and several countries, and we've learned that the places you stay often become some of the most memorable parts of a trip.

We're hands-on owners who genuinely care about every guest experience. Cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful amenities, and personal communication are priorities for us.

That commitment has helped us earn Airbnb Superhost recognition, Vrbo Premier Host status, and an average guest rating of approximately 4.9 stars across our vacation rental portfolio.

Being nominated for Best of Georgia in the Vacation Rentals category is something we're incredibly proud of. The fact that someone took the time to nominate our lake house means more than we can say. It's a wonderful reminder of why we started Forever Stay in the first place.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple. We want guests to leave with wonderful memories, a smile on their faces, and plans to come back.

Forever Stay @ Lake Sinclair. Come for the getaway. Leave with memories that last forever.
