Lion Of Judah Ethiopian American Cuisine

 The Ethiopian cuisine is known for its rich flavors and diverse dishes, our family wanted to share the flavors and culture with our new  home in a unique way. The restaurant offers fresh homemade injera, a traditional Ethiopian flatbread, along with a variety of stews and flavorful dishes. We added fun Ethiopian American fusion to our menu by incorporating such items as our watermelon fries, seasoned with Ethiopian spices, transforming traditionally vegetarian dishes to vegan, and by providing multiple spice levels. The warm and welcoming ambiance set by the owners make diners feel like they are experiencing a taste of Ethiopia in the heart of South Georgia.  

Providing vegan, gluten free and traditional dietary dishes makes it a place where everyone can enjoy a very filling meal!
