L.E.A.F. is dedicated to empowering the community as a whole by providing quality, person-centered and consultation services in an effort to enhance the quality of life. We provide counseling services in Valdosta, Georgia and surrounding cities throughout South Georgia and North Florida. Our goal is to work with you on an individual, couple, or family level. L.E.A.F. provides individual therapy, couple therapy, premarital therapy, child therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
We believe all people should be granted access to counseling services that foster a nurturing and caring environment. We at LEAF use systemic therapy as our approach in psychotherapy. Systemic therapy seeks to address people not only on the individual level, but also as people in relationships, dealing with the interactions of groups and their interactional patterns and dynamics.
