Valdosta Veterinary Associates

Valdosta Veterinary Associates is a 24/7/365 brand new, state-of-the-art emergency veterinary hospital located in sunny Valdosta, Georgia. It serves a large region of southern Georgia and northern Florida extending north to Douglas, east to Brunswick, west to Bainbridge and south to Live Oak. We currently see a large percentage of emergency and sick care but also have routine, non-urgent, and referral appointments on weekdays. Our current focus is small animal medicine but we are interested in adding exotics in the future. 

Valdosta Veterinary Associates was founded by wife-team Jillian Courson, DVM and Veteran Bonne Mount, DVM in November 2020 and built to AAHA criteria as accreditation is one our short-term goals. We believe in providing our patients with access to quality, up-to-date medicine - when it is needed most.

VVA's facility houses 5 exam rooms including 1 comfort room with separate entrance/exit, treatment area with wet table for procedures, fully stocked pharmacy, 2 sterile surgical suites with surgical laser, built-in scavenger system, complete in-house Idexx laboratory, dental suite with digital dental radiology & wet table for dental cleaning/procedures, radiology suite with digital radiology, ultrasound, & cold laser therapy, 2 ICUs, isolation room near side entrance, full bathroom with shower for staff, & grooming station for patient baths & future grooming services. Endoscopy & orthopedic specialty services are being added soon! A cloud-based schedule & EMR with mobile app are utilized. We offer daycare & overnight boarding services as well. Our ultra-secure outdoor play and run space has a super fun, bone-shaped pool & sanitizable AstroTurf.
