I'm Chef Omni, and have been a Chef for over 10 years, but have been a vegan Chef going on 4 years. I am based out of my home, that has gradually gotten a bigger following with hard work and dedication. I use to make regular meals, but I had to find a way to stand out and eventually found my Niche in Vegan/Plant based Food and Community. In 2014 I wanted to further my career by going to Culinary Art School of Le Cordon Bleu. Even though I have not yet graduated, I have a total of 6 classes to take to obtain my Associates in Culinary Arts. I eventually will go back, but the time I was there, I learned French techniques that have gotten me far in this industry. In the upcoming year, I will end up moving my business from home based to Food Truck to handle my growing business and clientele. I specialize in healthy, delicious meals that not only nourish your body but would make any vegan and non vegan think twice if my delicious meals are in fact Vegan. I am passionate in what I do, and continue to strive to help my community eat healthier and be more conscious about what we put in our bodies. I hope to eventually teach health and wellness through Plant Based/Veganism throughout my community.
