Optimum Healing Pathways (OHP) is a growing, trauma-informed mental health practice founded by Keaira Salomon, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and passionate advocate for mental health and community wellness.

Keaira founded Optimum Healing Pathways with a simple but powerful belief: True healing requires more than addressing symptoms; it requires understanding where those symptoms began. Throughout her career, she recognized the importance of creating a space where individuals are not simply treated for a diagnosis but are understood as whole people, shaped by their experiences, environments, and relationships.

Located in Warner Robins, Georgia, Optimum Healing Pathways proudly serves children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Middle Georgia. The practice offers individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, therapeutic groups, and supportive mental health services. Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other local agencies, OHP is committed to making quality mental health care more accessible to those who need it.

Under Keaira’s leadership, OHP has continued to grow, expanding its team of dedicated mental health professionals, strengthening community partnerships, and creating additional opportunities for individuals and families to receive compassionate, individualized care.
