iStroll Warner Robins LLC

Hey!  We are a moms group that focuses on health and fitness!  We do HIIT workouts that incorporate full body exercises that are for every fitness level from the most athletic to the moms at 40 weeks pregnancy.  

We workout outside all year as long as weather is good for the kiddos!  We do have several indoor spots we utilize also.  

Another part of what we do is that we are a community, a support system for these long short years of motherhood!  We forge friendships not only amongst moms but amongst the kids that come.  

We have moms nights out, play dates, crafts, special activities for the kids, fitness challenges and food challenges!
