Barrow Community Foundation

The Barrow Community Foundation inspires generosity to create immediate impact and lasting legacies for the betterment of people in Barrow County.

Through our Inspire Generosity Campaign, BCF is building the charitable resources needed to serve Barrow County today and for generations to come. The campaign includes four key areas: Founders Circle, growing our permanent operating endowment to ensure BCF’s long-term sustainability; Barrow Together, expanding community grantmaking to address pressing local needs; Winder Legacy Park Phase 2, completing the next phase of this transformational community destination; and Fundholding, helping individuals, families, businesses and nonprofit organizations create lasting charitable legacies through BCF.

Fundholding opportunities include Donor Advised Funds, Scholarship Funds, Designated Funds, Field of Interest Funds, Agency Funds, and other permanently endowed charitable funds. Together, these efforts position BCF as a trusted local partner connecting generosity with meaningful, lasting impact throughout Barrow County.
