The Abundant Life Institute is here to help and offer hope. We are a group mental health counseling agency located in Winder and Athens. We have private pay options and accept some insurance plans. We work with individuals of all ages, and we offer couples counseling. We deal with a range of mental health issues and use a variety of modalities including EMDR. We have EMDR trained clinicians, and we offer EMDR Intensives for those who would rather have one or two multi-hour sessions.
