I work with men and women who want to continue to run, participate in CrossFit, exercise, and stay active without having to be told to “rest it”, wait for a doctor’s appointment, or be told medicine/injections are the only options.  You’re just trying to do the right thing by staying active and healthy, but you have some aches and pains that may limit you. You want some answers and you want to feel good, strong, and confident.

I get that pain you have in your back/hip/buttocks, along with so many of my clients, that happens when you stand up or stay in a position for too long.  You don’t have to live with it. Our BODIES are made to MOVE and I want you to keep moving!
