About
Our story……..
I grew up working in a family owned restaurant, Club Del Lisco, in Rome Italy. This is where I found my love for cooking and serving people. I came to Atlanta to visit friends in 1996 right after the Olympics. It was on this visit I met my wife, Angy. We married in 1997. I worked for the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group at Pricci, Atlanta fish market and Cucina Fresca as well as Portofino, Grand Hyatt and Swiss Hotel. Through all these different restaurants and hotels, I learned all about American hospitality, and my dream to open my own restaurant was becoming more andmore real.
In 2002, my wife and I opened Bergamo Pizza and Pasta on Bells Ferry Road right across the street from our first home. In 2006, we made the move to Towne Lake and opened Tuscany Italian Restaurant in the strip mall below our current restaurant. In 2010, we purchased our restaurant'scurrent property. In 2022 I sold the restaurant to Erich Frechen so I could spend time with my family, travel back to Italy and enjoy life! I am still a partner in the business and can frequently be seen in our dining room doing what I do best... entertaining our guests!
Our restaurant is a family-owned and family-operated business. We believe in community. We support our local schools and first responders. We look forward to seeing you for what we call the "Tuscany experience" and of course a shot of limoncello!
