About the Founder

Bryttany Hyde is the Founder and "Master Alchemist" of The Little Sober Bar. Described as part flavor nerd and part operator, Bryttany blends creativity with systems to craft seasonal alcohol‑free menus and develop unique house syrups. Whether she is behind the bar teaching mixology techniques, updating standard operating procedures, or scouting the next great non-alcoholic brand, her work is driven by a focus on guest joy, consistency, and transparency. Bryttany also serves as an educator and speaker, sharing practical tools on how to design craveable zero‑proof drinks and build a community through inclusive hospitality.
