HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio located in Towne Lake. We offer 12 different sessions ranging in length from 15 to 30 minutes. Our 3D training method allows members to simultaneously benefit from heat, infrared, and exercise giving them more workout in less time! Our Isometric sessions include HOT BUNS, HOT ISO, HOT YOGA, HOT PILATES, HOT STRETCH, HOT BARRE NONE, HOT WARRIOR, HOT CORE, and HOT BANDS. These sessions are all 30 minutes in length. Our HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions are 15 minutes in length and include HOT CYCLE, HOT BLAST (elliptical/cycle), and HOT THUNDER.
