USA Ninja Challenge - Woodstock

USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round ninja obstacle course race (OCR) training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17. OCR will be part of the 2028 Olympics' Pentathlon. 

Ninja fitness classes give kids an immersive experience into the sport of ninja obstacle course race training, whether it be through weekly classes, parties, camps, or competing in competitions. 

USA Ninja Challenge, located just off 92 in Woodstock, has been open since January 2025. Our members have quickly become like family. Our team of dedicated coaches and the owner have built lasting relationship and friendships with every member. There's nothing better, as a coach, than seeing a child overcome an obstacle. The pure joy you see on their faces and the quick "I did it!" makes every coach's heart beam with pride.

  • Physical activity can also help their concentration skills, by providing a release valve for stress and pressure and encouraging higher levels of endorphins. If you can concentrate well on important work and social tasks, you’ll be happier overall.
• Learn to overcome problems
  • With each new obstacle comes new problems to solve.  Your child will learn how to problem-solve in a controlled and positive atmosphere.
