Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductless mini-splits
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete service tickets, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and EPA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and development
