On October 18–19, the Historic District will transform into a bustling celebration of everything that makes this North Georgia town sparkle, from its rich history as the site of America’s second major gold rush to its modern, Hallmark-style charm. Between music, crafts, and the irresistible aroma of festival eats, one thing’s for sure: this festival is pure gold!
Over 300 vendors will set up shop along the charming streets, offering handmade crafts, local art, and tasty bites that keep you fueled while you wander. Saturday afternoon kicks off the beloved parade, a highlight that draws everyone into the festive energy, followed by a Main Stage concert as the sun dips behind the Blue Ridge foothills. It’s the perfect mix of foot-stomping music and small-town magic.
