420 Fest Gets Loud at Pullman Yards

There’s a certain kind of person who marks April not by the calendar—but by the countdown to SweetWater 420 Fest. Whether you’ve been showing up since the Centennial Park days or just love a good porch beer with a side of live music, this is the weekend Atlanta turns into a full-on jam session.

It all goes down April 18–20 at Pullman Yards: two packed days of music, food, art, and eco-minded fun. And while the name might nod to a certain IPA and a certain date, this isn’t some hippie cliché—it’s a full-blown celebration of good music, good people, and clean water advocacy baked right into the wristband.

Loud Lineup, Local Love

This year’s roster hits hard in all the right places. The Revivalists, Cypress Hill, and Marcus King are reason enough to show up—but they’re just the beginning. You’ll also catch:

  • Greensky Bluegrass, Drive-By Truckers, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Lawrence, The Dip, Sierra Hull, and more
  • Up-and-coming Georgia acts who earned their spot through the fest’s Battle of the Bands
  • Indoor sets and shaded hangouts like Porter Hall, for those who want their tunes with AC and no pollen

Everything runs on the Waterkeeper Alliance Main Stage, powered by 100% renewable energy. Which brings us to…

Good Beer. Great Bands. Clean Water.

SweetWater doesn’t just talk the green talk—they’re walking it all over Pullman Yards:

VIP folks get even more: AC, BBQ from Black Girls Grilling, acoustic sets in the KUSH Lounge, and a pool to dip your toes in between beers.

A Festival With Range

Somehow, 420 Fest manages to feel both big and local. You’ll see jam fans, hip-hop heads, reggae folks, families with wagons, and artists live-painting in the grass. You might even leave with a new favorite band—or at least a few blurry videos and a sunburn you don’t totally regret.
